Welcome to Brick Search, operated by Tiro Media Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brick Search mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or have consent from a parent or guardian. By using Brick Search, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

You may use Brick Search for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or harmful activity.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the App.
  • Attempt to extract data from the App in an unauthorized or automated way.

3. Accounts and User Data

You can use Brick Search without creating an account. However, if you choose to create an account, the following applies:

  • You provide us with your email address.
  • We securely store your LEGO collection and wishlist data and associate it with your account.
  • Your email address will be added to the Brick Search mailing list, and you may receive occasional emails about product updates, offers, and LEGO-related news.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

4. Affiliate Links and Earnings

Some links within the App may direct you to third-party websites, such as retailers. These are often affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking them. These commissions help support the ongoing development of Brick Search and do not affect the price you pay.

We are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or functionality of third-party sites.

5. Rewards and Cashback

From time to time, we may offer cashback, points, or rewards based on purchases or referrals:

  • Availability and value of rewards may vary and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • Rewards may be subject to conditions or expiration.
  • We are not liable for any missed rewards due to technical or third-party tracking issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and design elements in the App are the property of Tiro Media Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

Brick Search is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Loss of data or business opportunities.
  • Issues caused by use of third-party websites or services linked from the App.

You use the App at your own risk and accept it “as is”.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the App or email. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
