A Brick Search Plus account is required to earn Brick Credits. Tap here to upgrade to a Brick Search Plus account.
The Brick Search Plus user must accept LEGO.com cookies to earn Brick Credits. If LEGO.com cookies are not accepted, the purchase may not track and the Brick Credits may not be applied to the user account.
In the case of a subscription expiring, Brick Search Plus account-related data will be stored on the app for a grace period of 30 days, ready to be restored at the point of subscription renewal. At the end of this grace period, data will be deleted and any unredeemed Brick Credits lost.
BrickLink Designer Program sets are not eligible to earn Brick Credits. Any other item sold on LEGO.com that is added to a basket created on Brick Search is eligible to earn Brick Credits, once the purchase is completed at LEGO.com and the 30-day returns window has passed.

To earn Brick Credits, Brick Search Plus account holders must create a cart on Brick Search by adding products to your bag in the app using the ‘Add to bag’ button. ‘Add to bag’ can be found on interactive search results and in two positions on set listing pages.
When ready, tap through to LEGO.com to complete your purchase. Your cart will automatically be replicated at LEGO.com.
To ensure that Brick Credits are added to your account correctly, you must follow the steps outlined above. Any deviation may result in credits not being properly applied.
Your Brick Search Plus account will be credited with the corresponding number of Brick Credits within 24 hours.
If you cancel or refund your order within the 30-day LEGO.com returns window, any corresponding Brick Credits will be removed from your account.
Pre-orders at LEGO.com do not qualify for Brick Credits.
Brick Credits will not be earned on any applicable taxes, delivery charges or the value of gift cards purchased.

Brick Credits in your account can be converted into LEGO.com gift cards.
You’ll earn 3 Brick Credits for every £1 spent (in the UK), and you can redeem Brick Credits for LEGO.com gift cards 30 days after your order has completed, once the returns window at LEGO.com has closed.
Credits can be redeemed for a £20 (2,000 credits) or £50 (5,000 credits) LEGO.com gift card.
Redemption is completed within the Brick Search app, by entering your email address and the amount you wish to redeem here. Rewards are issued as LEGO digital vouchers, sent to the email you provide at the point of redemption. Brick Search will process redemptions within 14 days of your request.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across multiple accounts.
Only purchases made via LEGO.com through the Brick Search app are eligible. Other retailers are excluded.
Brick Credits are only available in the UK at launch.

Brick Search is under no obligation to honour any redemption request where we reasonably believe the request, account, or related activity is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid. Our decision shall be final.
Fraudulent activity may include, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, manipulating tracking systems, or attempting to earn Credits without genuine purchases.

Credits may expire if unused for 12 months.
Brick Search may amend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or our website.

Brick Search, Brick Search Plus and the Brick Credits loyalty scheme are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group. Brick Credits do not affect your purchase at LEGO.com in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to stock availability, LEGO Insiders points, LEGO Insiders rewards, gifts-with-purchase, order fulfilment or delivery.
Brick Search does not take payment, have access to or save your payment or LEGO.com account details. Your order will be processed and fulfilled entirely by LEGO.com. Any issues with your order must be resolved through LEGO.com’s contact us page.
Brick Search is not responsible for purchases that fail to track due to device settings, ad blockers, or third-party interference. Our total liability under this Scheme is limited to the value of Credits properly earned and redeemed by you.
